Sitecore – a convenient way to management in many countries 

Vue International is one of the world's leading cinema operators, managing the most respected brands in major European markets and Taiwan. From the beginning, Vue International has grown organically and through strategic acquisition to deliver a premium out-of-home entertainment experience by combining the best content, with the best technology in the best environment.

Our role was to respond to the challenge that Vue International faced on the European market; the company needed to develop and manage a cohesive e-commerce platform to share ideas popping out across 5 markets (Italy, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia), evaluate and map them, and finally to have a consistent development plan across all territories.

The solution was International Sitecore implementation within all countries based on:

• A common interface implemented within all five territories
• One common code repository
• Code development for each country
• Integration with different ticketing systems (Vista, Eurobilet, Crea)
• Support + SLA
