including co-financing from European Funds: 465 910.50 PLN.
The aim of the internationalisation project of Infinity Group Sp. z o.o. is to maximise profits and increase the value of the entity by providing the Digital Transformation (DT) service to the Netherlands and Swiss markets. The assumption of the project is to prepare the process of the internationalisation of the company Infinity Group Limited Liability Company (Infinity Group Sp. z o.o.) in the Netherlands (former Dutch market) and on the Swiss market. The company plans to launch the Digital Transformation (DT) service, i.e. digital transformation addressed to business customers in the indicated markets. The product intended for internationalisation is the Digital Transformation (DT) service which is in the portfolio of Infinity Group Sp. z o.o. and it is present on the Polish market. The activities planned as part of the project will allow the company to become a Digital Transformation service provider and exporter on the Netherlands and Swiss markets.

The assumption of the project is the preparation of the process of internationalisation of Infinity Group on the German market, which is the next market after the British, Danish and Swedish markets. Infinity Group plans to introduce the Digital Transformation service for business customers on the German market. Digital Transformation involves the modernisation of IT ecosystem, processes and operational strategies of an organisation. This procedure is individually tailored to client's needs with the use of latest developments in fields of portability, cloud technology and analytics. Activities planned as parts of the project will allow Infinity Group to become a Digital Transformation service provider and exporter on the German market.

The assumption of the project is the preparation of the internationalisation of Infinity Group on the British, Danish and Swedish markets. Infinity Group introduces the Digital Transformation service for business customers on foreign markets. Digital Transformation involves the modernisation of IT ecosystem, processes and operational strategies of an organisation. This procedure is individually tailored to client's needs with the use of latest developments in fields of portability, cloud technology and analytics. The aim of the project is to maximize profits and increase the entity's value by providing Digital Transformation service on foreign markets. Overall strategic plans of the company include sales growth and the diversification of sales markets. According to the company's vision, after entering aforementioned markets, Infinity Group will become an important provider of Digital Transformation service and a significant exporter on those markets.

- Planned effects
An internal video conferencing system has been launched to improve control over scheduled conferences and to importantly reduce the risk of revealing confidential information discussed during virtual meetings. The applied technological solution has remarkably increased the quality of sound and image. At the same time, it allows to maintain an appropriate safe distance between participants in the conference room. The scope of backups has been extended to include devices entrusted to employees for remote work – the storage space has been significantly enlarged at the company's headquarters.
